Big Brother - Big Sister of Cape Cod

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands, a proud member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay family, is the only one-to-one youth mentoring organization serving Cape Cod and the Islands. Our program is proven to produce several positive long-term and short-term youth development outcomes. Research shows that a match of just one year helps kids stay in school, avoid violent and risky behavior, and gain confidence.

John R. Svenson Classic in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

The John R. Svenson Classic has raised more than $1.9 million dollars to fund an endowment under his name. The endowment funds a research fellowship at Dana-Farber in cancer genetics, which is a field that holds great promise for developing more targeted and effective treatments in the future.
